WINDOW CLEANING: Simple to full cleanings. Full cleanings include the insides, outsides and framing. We recommend this full service cleaning at least every 6-8 months.

POST CONSTRUCTION: Construction jobs leave behind dust and dirt. We recommend you schedule a cleaning during and after the construction process. After construction our team quickly comes in and makes your home ready for you.

MOVE IN CLEANING: Moving is hectic but cleaning doesn’t have to be. Our move in services provides cleaning that will make your moving experience easier for you to enjoy your new home.

MOVE OUT CLEANING: Our team will get your property ready for it’s next tenant. We will give your property a thorough cleaning of the entire home; basement is always optional.

MOBILE LAUNDRY: Starting at $1.79 per pound, our convenient mobile laundry service is designed to save you time and simplify your routine. Simply schedule a pickup, and we'll collect your laundry, professionally wash, dry, fold, and return it

Privacy & Terms

Our client's privacy is top priority. Any information given is strictly only used/handled by owners & management. Any and all keys or lock codes are not shared or given to anyone besides owner or management.

Photos/Videos: We do not take or post photos/videos without the clients permission. All photos/videos are used strictly for our social media/website. Address or location is never shared. Clients are never tagged in photos to protect our clients privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to You

We understand that schedules change and unexpected situations arise. This policy helps us manage our time effectively while maintaining availability for all our clients.

Important Details:

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fees. We're happy to help you reschedule for a time that works better.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the $50 cancellation fee.

Payment: The cancellation fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

Exceptions

We recognize that true emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Fee

A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

PAYMENTS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all cleanings. There are absolutely no refunds. We accept Cash, Venmo, & Apple Pay. We no longer accept checks or Cash App. An invoice or reciept can be given upon request.

Please note: All cleanings are timely scheduled. Unless stated at scheduling we cannot add other services during the cleaning. Please be mindful that everyone is on a time schedule. Our job is to make all our clients happy. We cannot do that if 1 appointment is pushed back.
