Our client's privacy is top priority. Any information given is strictly only used/handled by owners & management. Any and all keys or lock codes are not shared given to anyone besides owner or management.
Photos/Videos: We do not take or post photos/videos without the clients permission. All photos/videos are used strictly for our social media/website. Address or location is never shared. Clients are never tagged in photos to protect our clients privacy.
PAYMENTS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all cleanings. There are absolutely no refunds. We accept Cash, Venmo, & Apple Pay. We no longer accept checks or Cash App. An invoice or reciept can be given upon request.
Please note: All cleanings are timely scheduled. Unless stated at scheduling we cannot add other services during the cleaning. Please be mindful that everyone is on a time schedule. Our job is to make all our clients happy. We cannot do that if 1 appointment is pushed back.
